How often will my subscription be re-billed?

You will be charged $9.99 per month + shipping (USA: $3.25, International: $6.85) per subscription on the 1st of every month. If we are unable to charge your account at that time, then we will try to do so again later in the month, up to 2 times.

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally to EVERY country in the world! NOTE: For international orders please allow 10-20 days for delivery after the point of shipment. For US orders please allow for 3-5 days for delivery after the point of shipment.

How does it work?

Every month we pick great My Little Pony merchandise and deliver it straight to your doorstep!

What payment options are available for a subscription?

Currently we only accept credit card payments through our processing system. We are working on other methods to accept payments but these are not available at this time.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel at any time. Click here for instructions (NOTE: If you are monthly customer who wishes to cancel your account, you must do so before the 25th of each month in order to get a refund. Pre-Paid Customers who cancel their accounts are not elegible for a refund)

I need to update my information. How do I do that?

If you have a change of address or need to update your credit card information on your account, you must log into your MLPBOX account and update that information before the 1st of each month and the 25th of each month. It must be done before these days so that your box is shipped on time and to ensure that it arrives to you without any problems.

Who is this box for?

Every box will contain 1-2 MLP items! Each month's MLP BOX will have items in it that will have a total value of between $20-25 dollars. Not all subscribers will receive the exactly same thing. Some customers each month may receive completely different items than others who have subscribed. We do this so that the box will remain a mystery for all our customers. The mystery is part of the fun! NOTE: Not every box will feature a t-shirt or plushie every month.

What is in the box?

When will it ship?

We ship between the 22nd - 30th of each month! We can't provide an exact shipment date at this time for each month due to the speed of delivery of incoming shipments of merch for each month's box.

My box never arrived. How do I track the shipment?

At the point of shipment all MLP BOX customers are emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking number for each month that they are subscriber. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation by the end of each month please check your Spam Folder. If the shipping confirmation is not in your Spam Folder then please contact our customer service department. Any lost or missing boxes will be re-sent out with rush delivery.

I love MLP BOX! How can I help promote it?

If you'd love to help us promote MLP BOX please do so! Ways in which you can help us promote our service is to post photos of your box on all social media platforms with the hashtag #MLPBOX. We welcome subscribers to also make videos of their box for YouTube, Vimeo, and DailyMotion with a link to our site and the hashtag #MLPBOX. Once you've posted photos or made a video to promote the box send us a email and we'll send you a special gift in the mail!

Yes, we do. Watch for our flyers in your monthly box for information about our giveaways. Also, follow us on social media where we post giveaways too!
